The Community Builders, Inc. (“TCB”) founded in 1964, has grown to be one of the largest and most accomplished nonprofit housing developers and owners in the United States.

 
 
 
 

The Challenge

Through animation videos, TCB wanted to convey the values that guide their daily actions and how they support the company’s vision.

They also wanted to talk about the company’s work culture and ethics that enables staff to deliver on their goals.

The videos were to be used during the virtual launch of their SP 2020-2022 event presented by the CEO along with the other elements including vision, mission, and strategic priorities.

Target Audience: TCB staff and Property management staff (including Community Managers, Maintenance Staff, Resident Coordinators. etc.) & Corporate staff

The Solution

We made a series of whiteboard animation videos for TCB.

The videos were made in an easy-to-understand manner so that they could be understood by the various stakeholders.

We made short videos so that the viewer didn’t lose attention. The intention was also to make the videos easier to be viewed on the phone.

To meet the client’s video objectives, B2W:
