Through approachable visuals, fluid transitions, and a conversational voiceover, the video walked employees through the system’s workflow — from request initiation to resolution.
The animation balanced functionality with storytelling, illustrating how the system would streamline internal processes, reduce turnaround time, and enhance collaboration.
