Every industrial story, explained clearly.

Manufacturing Video Production · Industrial Animation · Manufacturing Explainer Videos

Manufacturers bring us in when a product needs a story: a machine whose best work happens inside, a coating that protects for decades, or software that connects a whole plant. Our motion graphics studio and explainer video production team work as one.

ATS Automation 3D and 2D fusion video

3D + 2D Fusion · Factory Automation · Product

Factory automation, inside and out

A three-minute film for ATS Automation's SuperTrak conveyor. A 3D model of the track follows movers carrying parts from station to station, while 2D motion graphics call out speed, precision and flexibility. It is one of eight videos we have made for ATS since 2020.

Style: 3D product shots blended with 2D motion graphics.

PPG Industries coatings explainer

Mixed Media · Coatings · Product

Product and process explainers

Bold labels guide viewers around real plants for PPG's Protective and Marine Coatings business, and the story builds to a celebration of what the customer gains.

Petuum industrial AI video

Mixed Media · Industrial AI · Software

Industrial AI and plant software

Scan lines and live readings show how Petuum's industrial AI inspects parts, so the software has something visible to point to.

Character stories for technical products

Flat character animation puts people at the heart of a 60-second story about Erdos Miller's electronics for drilling.

Built around footage you already have

Interface panels and a 3D warehouse show value moving through a supply chain. Riverlogic sent their own footage and a rough script, and we built the motion graphics around them.

How a manufacturing video gets made

Four steps, and your engineers sign off on each one.

You bring the product knowledge. We turn it into a story a buyer, distributor or new hire can follow on the first watch.

01Brief

Send drawings, photos and specs

Share CAD exports, product photos, spec sheets or the deck your sales team already uses. One focused call sets the goal for the video.

02Story

Script and storyboard

We write the script in plain language and draw every scene before animation starts, so you see exactly how the machine or process is shown.

03Review

Engineers check accuracy

Your team reviews the script, storyboard and animation on Basecamp, with two revision rounds at each stage.

04Deliver

Final video plus short cuts

You get the main video, plus short or silent versions for trade shows, sales decks, distributor training and LinkedIn.

Two revision rounds at every stage. Standard delivery is 4 to 6 weeks, with a rush option in 2 to 3 weeks.

Factory automation company

Eight videos since 2020

ATS Automation has come back for launch films, a customer journey video, a Bluetooth testing explainer and conveyor videos, across mixed media, character, infographic and 3D styles.

SuperTrak marketing team

One animation, many uses

ATS asked for still frames from two moments in their overview video to use in an ad, and we scoped a 20 to 30 second cut built from the same scenes with a new voiceover. We also cut one video into 12 and 52 second silent versions.

Supply chain planning software

Feedback on Tuesday, new intro on Wednesday

Riverlogic asked for larger on-screen text naming each capability and a logo build at the start. We added a 4 to 5 second intro with its own music and sent the new version the next day.

IT services client

A tone worth asking for

When Align reviewed their voiceover, they pointed to our Petuum video as the calm, serious tone they wanted for their own launch.

Pricing

Two ways to work with us.

Start with one video, or plan a series for a launch or a training program.

One video

Fixed packages from $2,400 for a 60-second video, and about $4,500 for a 90-second Premium video. Script, storyboard, voiceover and animation are included.

A video series

A launch film with short cuts, a training series or one video per product line. Series get bulk pricing, and payment is 50:50 for every project.

The craft

What animation and storytelling bring to industrial products.

Every technique here comes from a video we have made for a manufacturer or industrial software team.

Precision in motion

In our SuperTrak film for ATS, a 3D model of the track follows movers carrying parts station to station, and 2D graphics bring out the numbers that matter.

Words that move with the work

For ATS, kinetic labels like Flexibility and Critical Process Time appear right where each benefit happens on the line.

A data layer over the factory

For Siemens Xcelerator, efficiency readings and dashboards float over the production line, giving a digital platform a place to live.

Seeing what AI sees

For Petuum, scan lines and live readings show how industrial AI inspects each part.

A person at the centre

For Erdos Miller, flat character animation gives a story about drilling electronics someone to care about.

A payoff worth waiting for

For PPG, bold labels guide viewers around real plants, and the story builds to a celebration of what the customer gains.

What does a manufacturing video production company do?

A manufacturing video production company turns machines, processes and industrial software into videos buyers, distributors and new hires can follow. Broadcast2World makes animated explainers in motion graphics, character and mixed media styles, with the script, storyboard, voiceover and animation done in-house.

How much does a manufacturing explainer video cost?

At Broadcast2World, a 60-second manufacturing explainer starts at $2,400 on the Growth package, with Premium at $3,500 and Flick at $5,500. Every package includes the script, storyboard, voiceover and two revision rounds at each stage. Payment is 50:50, half at kick-off and half on delivery.

Can you build the video around assets we already have?

Yes. Riverlogic sent their own footage and a rough script, and we built the motion graphics around them. Product photos, CAD exports, sales decks and brand guides all help us start faster.

Can you work from CAD files, drawings or photos?

Yes. Drawings, CAD exports, photos and spec sheets help our designers recreate your equipment accurately. We build it in motion graphics and can blend in 3D elements where a part needs to rotate or come apart.

How long does a manufacturing video take?

Most projects take 4 to 6 weeks from brief to final video, with a rush option in 2 to 3 weeks. Engineers review the script, storyboard and animation along the way.

Can one video be reused for ads, trade shows and social?

Yes. For ATS Automation we cut one video into 12 and 52 second silent versions, supplied still frames for an ad, and scoped a 20 to 30 second cut from the same scenes with a new voiceover. One set of animated scenes can serve many channels.

Which manufacturing industries do you work with?

Machinery and factory automation, coatings and chemicals, electronics and components, industrial software and IIoT, and supply chain planning. Clients include ATS Automation, Siemens, PPG Industries, Erdos Miller, Petuum, Riverlogic and Thermo Fisher.

Do you make safety and training videos for plant teams?

Yes. Character animation works well for safety procedures, onboarding and standard operating procedures, and we offer multilingual voiceover so every shift can watch in its own language.

How do you make sure technical details are accurate?

Your engineers approve the script and storyboard before animation starts, with two revision rounds at each stage. All reviews are tracked on Basecamp, so feedback stays in one place.

What makes a good manufacturing explainer video?

A clear story: the problem your customer faces, how your product solves it and what changes for them. Animation then shows the parts that matter, such as motion along a line, data over a process or a person using the product, so the story stays easy to follow.
