Cisco, one of the world’s leading networking and technology innovators, needed an efficient way to help its sales teams and channel partners understand the Mobility Express Solution — a sophisticated Wi-Fi solution for businesses.
Cisco’s internal training teams faced a common B2B challenge — conveying the value of a technical product to a diverse, global sales audience. Traditional PowerPoints and text-heavy manuals weren’t effective for engagement or retention.
