B2W Concept Demos

Made in-house,
to show what's possible.

Two demos our team made for our own portfolio. They aren't client work. One rebuilds an app interface in mixed media, the other shows a product in 3D.

Watch the Demo

Your product works.
Your demo makes it look hard.

You recorded the screen and got everything: every menu, every tooltip, the test account's name in the corner. Prospects watch the cursor wander and miss the one click that matters. Then the UI changes and the recording is out of date. The product isn't the problem. The demo shows too much and explains too little.
The screen recording that shows everything.
Every pixel is on screen, so nothing stands out. The feature you built the company on gets the same weight as the settings menu.
The live demo that never lands the same way twice.
Every rep explains it differently, and the best version lives in one person's head.
The demo that's out of date by the next release.
A new button, a renamed tab, and the video you paid for now shows a product you don't sell.

Product Demo Animation

Why animate a demo instead of recording the screen?

A screen recording shows your product. A product demonstration animation explains it. We rebuild your interface as vector screens, so we control what the viewer sees and when.
  • Only the screens that matter.

We rebuild the parts of your UI the story needs and leave out the clutter, test data and half-finished features.
  • The camera goes where the eye should.

We zoom into the one field, button or chart that carries the point, then pull back to show where it sits.
  • Motion that explains.

Data flows from one panel to the next, a list sorts itself, a report builds in front of the viewer. Things a recording can only show as a finished screen.
  • No real customer data on screen.

Every name, number and record is designed for the demo, so there's nothing to blur.
  • People, not just screens.

A character shows who's using the product and why, which a cursor can't do. Our Corridor demo follows a care team through a patient episode.
  • Easier to update.

When your UI changes, we change the affected screens in the animation project instead of re-shooting the whole demo.
  • Ready for other languages.

Text and voiceover sit on separate layers, so new language versions don't mean rebuilding the video.

Five Animation Styles

Pick the style by the job,
not the trend.

Each style suits a different demo. We recommend one after discovery, based on what your user needs to see.
Infographic UI animation
Step-by-step walkthroughs, onboarding and feature tours. Your screens, simplified, with motion that points to each step.

Seen in: NOCE, Oncor, Sponsorium

Character animation
When the user's situation matters as much as the screen. A person, a problem, then the product.

Seen in: Corridor

Mixed media
Real product screens with animated layers on top, for when buyers need to see the actual interface.

Seen in: PlanGrid, GoCanvas

Whiteboard
Explaining the idea before the interface, for complex or technical products where the "why" comes first.

3D motion graphics
Devices, hardware and launch films where the product needs depth and polish.

Why B2W

A product demo video agency that animates, not records.

Built for products that are hard to explain. Every decision comes back to one question: what does your user need to see to get it?
01

We script it

Every demo starts with a script written around what the user needs, not around your feature list.
02

Your interface, rebuilt

We redraw your screens so the important click is the only thing on screen.
03

Two revision rounds at every stage

Script, storyboard and animation. You approve each stage before we move on.
04

One fixed price

From $2,400 for a 60-second video. Script, voiceover, music and every format are included.
05

Five animation styles

Whiteboard, infographic, character, mixed media and 3D motion graphics, matched to your product and audience.
06

4–6 weeks, start to finish

Discovery through final files in four to six weeks, so the demo is ready for your launch, not after it.

FAQ

Questions about
product demo animation.

  • It's a demo video where your product's interface is rebuilt and animated rather than screen-recorded. Because every screen is designed, the video can zoom into one feature, hide clutter, show data moving and add a voiceover that explains why it matters to the viewer.
  • A recording shows everything at once, including test data, menus and anything still unfinished. An animated demo shows only what the story needs, guides the eye to the one click that matters and stays clear even when the product is complex. Many teams use both: animation to explain why, and screen recordings for detailed how-tos.
  • Yes. We can work from designs, wireframes or prototypes, because we rebuild the screens ourselves rather than recording a live product.
  • Animated product demos start from $2,400 for a 60-second video. Most of our 2D demos fall between $2,400 and $4,800, depending on length, style and how much UI we animate. Pricing is fixed per project, and script, voiceover, music and all formats are included.
  • Usually 4–6 weeks from brief to final files. That covers discovery, script, storyboard, UI rebuild, animation, voiceover and sound, plus two revision rounds at every stage.
  • Two revision rounds at every stage: script, storyboard and animation.
  • Yes. Our samples include a learning platform walkthrough for NOCE, an outage map guide for Oncor, a construction app tutorial for PlanGrid and a member website tour for Santa Clara Family Health Plan.
  • 16:9 for your website and YouTube, plus square and vertical cuts for social and in-app use, with captions.
